It's been 30 years since I've seen this and I ordered this 4k. It functions effectively as a moving drama about the power of dreams, a fantasy ode to our national pastime, and a brilliant adaptation of W.P. Obviously, a little weird, but if you believe in ghosts, you could be forgiven for not being too put off by the far-fetched strangeness of the plot.
