When I explained that they wouldn't match my top because my top was slightly faded and wasn't right anyhow, she acted like I was being unreasonable, but agreed to make me new tops, too. My fabrics are nothing like you see in the stores and the fit is great.
Trish literally had to redo parts of the new bottom 3 times to make me happy. Anyhow, Robin was very apologetic and said that at the minimum they would remake my suits for me, but she had to talk to the owner, Trish. May I make a suggestion...if you make a new style bottom, don't use an old style number just in case you have a long time customer that may still want that bottom!

I received a small amount of one of the pattern and an entire yard, plus more of the other. Did any of the two sales ladies offer to show me how to go about ordering a one piece custom suit?
She is really one of a kind and I would highly recommend her and her beautiful bathing suits. Instead she said "oh, well I changed the pattern because nobody wants that style anymore." Always kind to me and said she'll keep doing it til we get it right. The outfit consist of a santa jacket a spaghetti strap dress and a G- string. She also picked out a sarong that I just love.

They claim the underwires for the top are the same, but couldn't determine why my suit top cups were wider and shorter than all my others other than to say it could be because when I put the shapers in it changed the shape.
I received a package with my new suits but no left over material.I called immediately and asked where the leftover material was,she said, it's gone.I said "what do you mean, it's gone!?!"
