Her backers are a rogues gallery of actors who have inflicted immeasurable damage upon humanity. This felt like it was made for people with the attention spans of gerbils who can't be bothered to read, but want a glance at the train wreck. She is a minor character. After reading Bad Blood, listening to the Dropout podcast and taking in every article I could about Elizabeth Holmes, this doc was an amazing realization of things I already knew. After the documentaries about the Fyre festival, I was hoping this was another interesting documentary about a scam artist. Riveting look at the now-defunct company Theranos and its enigmatic founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes, whose ambition to revolutionize blood testing through biotechnology spawned one of the biggest frauds in Silicon Valley. Elizabeth Holmes is not the villain in this story... not even close.

This is really an interesting story and it's worth the watch, but I would give five stars to Season 41, Episode 28 of 20/20 titled: The Dropout. 4.5 out of 5.

I felt like this documentary could have easily been condensed into one hour. Hulu, Crunchy roll, DiscoveryGO, BBC iPlayer, etc. The oligarchs who are regularly celebrated by their propaganda outlets as brilliant thoughtful leaders who are the only humans out of the seven billion or so on the planet who can decide policy, are in fact a bunch of inbred and overconfident morons. This was way too long and stretched for content. Instead we had a mess of random pissed-off people, non-experts, and over generalizations.
